Our mission here at G&I Homes is to be a strong growing company focused on building relationships with our customers, employees, and suppliers by providing quality housing at a fair price in a professional and timely manner, a clean, safe, and positive work environment that develops pride and personal growth for all employees, and a level of professional integrity that all of us can be proud of.

In 1965, Gerald and Irene Bushey decided to create a new company, dedicated to providing the finest in manufactured housing to the upstate New York area. In the 42 years since then, G&I Homes has grown to be the largest dealer in manufactured housing and modular homes in New York. From our original small location, we have grown to five sales centers, with sales of $30+ million throughout the Northeast. With our sister company, DPR&R (our service and support wing), we are committed to bringing you the best in manufactured housing possible.

G&I Homes is a family owned and operated business, the same as it was when Jerry and Irene Bushey founded the company. Jerry and Irene were as dedicated to creating a great family as they were to creating a great company. At last count they have 13 children, 12 sons- and daughters-in-law, 38 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Twelve family members work full-time for G&I Homes.
